How To Order
Ordering online using the Simply Murano website is straightforward and easy:
- Add any item to your order by clicking the ‘Add to Order’ button on the product page. Any product you have added will be shown in 'Order and Items', which is displayed on the top right of the website. Click the 'Order and Items' link located at the top right of the screen to view your order. Here you can delete items, change quantities, return to the site to continue to shop or proceed to checkout.
- Once you have decided to checkout, you will be asked to either ‘Open an Account’ (if this is your first order with us), ‘Log in’ (if you already have an account) or ‘Quick Checkout’ (which means you can order without opening an account – but you will have no order tracking or history).
- After this stage, you can choose a Delivery option which is then also added to your order, along with the contact details and delivery address you entered previously. Finally, if you are happy to complete your order you can ‘Proceed to Payment’ and place your order.
You will then receive a confirmation email of your order.
