UK Deliveries

We know how important it is for you to receive your order as soon as possible.

Most orders are processed, packed securely and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt – often within 24 hours – Monday to Friday. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be sent within this timeframe, meaning most weekend orders will be sent on the next Monday or Tuesday. Once dispatched by us, the time for your order to arrive will depend on the Delivery Option you choose when you checkout.  Please allow extra time for UK Bank Holidays, public holidays or weekends where deliveries are not always available.

If you require your item quickly, we recommend choosing the ‘Special Delivery’ option on checkout.  Orders received after 1pm on a Friday and sent via Special Delivery will arrive on Tuesday. Please contact us at info@simplymurano.co.uk if you have special requirement for your item to arrive before a particular date (such as a birthday) and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries and you will need to sign for your package when it arrives. As I am sure you appreciate, we are all in their hands once the package leaves us to get to you! Therefore, we are not liable for any delays such as adverse weather, industrial action, fire or other circumstances beyond our control.

UK delivery options.

When you 'checkout' you can choose one of the following UK delivery options which is then added to your order:

Standard Delivery via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class – FREE UK DELIVERY USING THIS OPTION (usual cost £4.68)
Royal Mail aims to deliver in 2 -3 working days. You will need to sign for your package when it arrives.
For a limited time, we are offering FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS using this option. The conditions stated above apply to this free UK delivery promotion.

Standard Delivery via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class – cost £5.28
Royal Mail aims to deliver in 1 - 2 working days. You will need to sign for your package when it arrives.

Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery  - cost £8.70
We recommend this service for orders which are required quickly or are above a value of £100.00 as it is fully traceable and insured. You will need to sign for your package when it arrives.

Deliveries to EU countries (excluding the UK)

Orders to EU countries are processed as per UK orders.
We use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for EU orders. Please note a signature will be required when your order is delivered.

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed – cost £15.01
Royal Mail aim to deliver to EU countries within 3 – 5 working days. Your order will be processed by us as per UK Deliveries.
We reserve the right not to supply certain countries in the EU.

We do not currently supply customers outside the EU.
